Between the two of them, our directors have clocked up more than half a century of practical hands-on experience in the Cyprus construction industry, all in the Famagusta area,  both in modern anti-seismic and traditional Cypriot building techniques.

Even now, despite how busy things have become, the sales team are in the office to answer enquires but the bosses are out pumping concrete, overseeing brickwork and generally staying right on top of whatever needs doing to keep S & K properties at the top of their game.

This level of personal commitment is the example that the entire company follows from building workers to office staff, quality of service, sound product knowledge - and a product worth knowing.
