1. CONCRETE STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete based on the latest seismic
regulations. Foundations design according to ground conditions. High yield steel
reinforcement as per European standards.
2. WALLS
The external walls will be 200 mm walls consisting of single
200 mm thick hollow clay bricks tied with metal ties with the columns every
third row.
3 WALL AND CEILING FINISHES
a. Internal wall surfaces: Will
receive three coats of emulsion paint.
b. External wall surfaces: All
external surfaces will be covered with
paint.
c. Ceiling finishes:
All ceilings will receive two coats of spatula and three
coats of
paint.
d. Bathrooms and Toilets: All walls will receive glazed ceramic
tiles from
finished floor to door height to a selling price of CYP5.00
sq.m.
e. Kitchen: Wall surfaces between kitchen work benches and
wall
cupboards will receive glazed ceramic tiles to a selling price
of
CYP5.00sq.m.
4. FLOOR FINISHES
a. Bathroom and toilets: ceramic tiles

c. All other internal areas: ceramic tiles

5. SANITARY UNITS
Sanitary units and fittings will be in
accordance with the drawings. All sanitary units will be of white colour and
high quality. All fittings and parts will comply with European standards.
6. CARPENTRY
a. Door & Windows: The external doors (except
the entrance door) and
windows will be white aluminum sliding or opening as
per drawings.
Internal door frames will be of Swedish white wood painted and
doors
finished in beech wood. Entrance door at the first and second
floor
will be of solid aformosia wood and entrance door at the ground
floor
will be of aluminum.
b. Bedroom cupboards: All bedroom
cupboards will be built - in and
finished in melamine and will be covered
with coverage of beech
sheet.
c. Kitchen: All kitchen workbenches and
cupboards will be made of
Swedish timber frame and oak laminate wood
finishes.
7. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Electrical
installation will be done in accordance with the drawings and approved by
E.A.C.
The following are included:
a. Provision for telephone
installation at ground floor and telephone
extension in the master
bedroom.
b. Provision for the installation of T.V. at ground
floor.
c. Provision for kitchen hood extractor.
d. Provision for
washing machine and dishwasher.
8. PLUMBING INSTALLATION
Plumbing and drainage installation will be
done in accordance with the drawings. Plastic pipes and fittings will be used
for the cold and hot water supply. PVC pressure pipes will be used, the ones for
hot water insulated with 'Armaflex' UPVC pipes will be used for the drainage
system. Hot water supply will be provided by an individual solar energy
system.
9. PARKING SPACE
The complex will have sufficient parking space
for all the apartments.
